Nathan Dee to Present at the ABA Midwinter Conference, Fidelity and Surety Law Section

Nathan Dee, a partner in the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights and Construction Contract Dispute Resolution practice groups, will be presenting as part of a panel discussing restructuring debt for contractors in financial distress at the ABA Midwinter Conference, Fidelity and Surety Law Section.  The panel will include a discussion of a paper co-authored by Nathan Dee and Elizabeth Aboulafia regarding intercreditor negotiations among key stakeholders in a contractor’s capital and debt structure.  The presentation is part of a program being held on January 30-31, 2020 at the Grand Hyatt, New York to discuss approaches that a surety, contractor and other third parties may consider in attempting to rehabilitate a troubled contractor.
