Nassau County Filing Deadline For ASIE Statement Is April 1st

March 20, 2025

Reminder from Cullen and Dykman Tax Certiorari department:

All commercial property owners in Nassau county must file online their annual survey of income and expenses (“ASIE”) by April 1, 2025.  A 60 day extension is possible if “good cause” is established.

You can access your online ASIE forms and extension applications here:

Online ASIE Forms | Nassau County, NY - Official Website

This applies to both owner-occupied and income producing commercial properties.  Owner-occupied properties do not have to report income but must file the appropriate form nonetheless.  Multi-family operators (rental apartment buildings, cooperatives and condominiums of more than 6 units) are exempt from filing an ASIE form.

The ASIE reporting requirement has nothing to do with whether or not a property tax appeal is filed.

The firm cannot file for you but is happy to answer any questions you may have.
