Margaret M. Fahy, a partner in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services department, was recently spotlighted in the New York Real Estate Journal’s 2023 Women in Commercial Real Estate. The spotlight recognizes noteworthy accomplishments and praiseworthy contributions of women currently working in New York's commercial real estate industry.

With over 26 year of experience, Margaret focuses her practice on commercial real estate lending, routinely representing institutional banking clients in the financing of multi-family housing, mixed-use properties, and commercial office buildings. She also has significant experience representing institutional lenders in all phases of commercial mortgage foreclosure and enforcement proceedings, including the negotiation of workout agreements, sales of distressed loans and sales of REO properties.
