Kevin McDonough Presented at Touro Law School’s Academics, Lawyers & Government Symposium on Who is Leading Higher Education in the 21st Century

McDonough, a senior member in the Higher Education practice group, was a speaker at Touro Law School's January 16th symposium on "Academics, Lawyers & Government: Who is Leading Higher Education in the 21st Century." The symposium explored the rapidly evolving landscape of higher education, which now faces unprecedented legal, regulatory, and organizational challenges and presented "distinguished panels of scholars, policymakers, and industry experts discussing why these changes are occurring, what the future may hold, and how they may affect higher education."
Kevin was on the panel titled, "Changing Dynamics of Higher Education Institutions: Mergers, Acquisitions and Consolidations."
