Joseph D. Simon to Present at NYBA’s Technology, Compliance, and Risk Management Forum in Pearl River, New York

Joseph D. Simon, a partner in the Firm’s Banking and Financial Services department, will be presenting at New York Bankers Association's (NYBA) Technology, Compliance, and Risk Management Forum. The session is titled "Restraining Notices, Information Subpoenas and Levies" and will take place on October 14, 2021 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Joseph will be discussing the key compliance issues with processing restraining notices, information subpoenas and levies received in connection with deposit accounts. The Forum will be held from October 13th to October 15th at the Hilton Pearl River in Pearl River, New York.
