Erin Frost and John Cosgrove Obtained Summary Judgment Dismissing Plaintiff’s Complaint Against the Firm’s Food Service Client
March 27, 2024Partner Erin Frost and associate John Cosgrove in the firm’s General Liability, Tort and Insurance Defense department, successfully obtained summary judgment dismissing the plaintiff’s complaint against the firm's client. Through evaluation of the lease, the Court agreed with Cullen and Dykman’s argument that the firm's food service client had no duty to maintain the area the Plaintiff allegedly fell in.
