Cullen and Dykman’s Banking and Bankruptcy Department Selected by the Official Unsecured Creditors Committee of Eagan Homes

Cullen and Dykman’s Banking and Bankruptcy Department has been selected by the Official Unsecured Creditors Committee of Eagan Homes to represent it in a Chapter 11 case filed recently in the Bankruptcy Court in West Palm Beach, Florida. This engagement represents Cullen and Dykman’s first Creditors’ Committee representation in the Southern District of Florida since the recent opening of its Palm Beach office.

The Banking and Bankruptcy Department is headed by Matthew Roseman, and the Chapter 11 case will be spearheaded by Partners Michelle McMahon and Michael Traison, along with Associate Kyri Christodoulou, who have extensive experience representing committees, debtors, creditors, and secured creditors in Chapter 11 cases.
