Cullen and Dykman recently hosted a Lenders’ Forum sponsored by the Long Island Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association to discuss hot topics in distressed lending and provide an audience of bankers and turnaround practitioners with insight on the lending practices that impact their profession. Elizabeth Aboulafia, a partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Department, moderated a lively panel discussion that included three experienced workout bankers: Robert C.
