Cullen and Dykman Names Three New Partners in Construction Litigation

New York, New York – Cullen and Dykman LLP announces that Robert B. Acker, Jacqueline E. Ferszt, and Michael Joseph have been promoted to Partner, effective March 1, 2026. Their promotions reflect their consistent contributions to the firm and their dedication to delivering effective legal solutions for clients across the construction industry.

Robert B. Acker focuses on defense litigation involving complex tort matters, New York Labor Law, construction defect claims, premises liability, products liability, and transportation-related liability. He earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, his M.A. from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California, and his B.A. from the University of Rochester. He is admitted to practice in New York.

Jacqueline E. Ferszt represents clients in construction and general tort matters, including premises liability, New York Labor Law, property damage claims, and a range of commercial disputes. She helps clients avoid surprises while minimizing trial exposure and project disruption. She earned her J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and her B.S. from Boston University, and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Michael Joseph handles commercial and construction litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and general tort matters, including premises liability, New York Labor Law, and property damage claims. He also litigates contractual disputes tied to project delays, liens, change orders, and related issues. He earned his J.D., M.B.A., and B.S. from St. John’s University.
