Michael Joseph is an associate in the Cullen and Dykman’s Construction Litigation practice group. Michael’s practice consists of commercial, construction, insurance coverage and general tort litigation including premises liability, labor law and property damage, as well as the litigation of various commercial matters, including contractual disputes. Michael represents various construction companies, real estate owners, local government entities, and local municipalities.

Michael attended St. John’s University School of Law where he served as an Executive Research Editor for the New York International Law Review and a Senior Staff Writer for the Commercial Division Online Law Report. Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Michael interned at the Federal Trade Commission Northeast Regional Office’s Antitrust Division where he assisted in analyzing the anticompetitive impact of mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare industry.
