Robert B. Acker is an associate in the firm's Construction Litigation practice group. Robert’s practice involves defense litigation related to complex torts, New York State Labor Law, construction defect, premises, products and transportation liability. Robert represents property owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, sub-contractors, municipal entities and small business owners in high exposure cases. He is experienced in all facets of litigation including pre-litigation risk management, investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution and trial.
