Robert B. Acker is a partner in the firm's Construction Litigation department. Robert’s defense litigation practice includes complex torts, New York State Labor Law, construction defect, premises, products, and transportation liability. Robert represents property owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, sub-contractors, municipal and state entities, and other corporate clients in high exposure cases involving catastrophic injuries. He has substantial experience in all facets of state and federal litigation, including pre-litigation risk management, investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trial.
