Cullen and Dykman Expands Trusts and Estates Practice with Addition of Christina S. Cooper
October 1, 2026Hackensack, New Jersey – Cullen and Dykman LLP, a full-service law firm serving clients since 1850, is pleased to announce that Christina S. Cooper has joined the Firm as a Partner in its Trusts and Estates practice.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Christina advises high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries and business owners on sophisticated estate planning, trust and estate administration, fiduciary litigation and business succession matters.
Her addition expands the Firm’s capabilities in complex estate and wealth transfer planning, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable planning and multigenerational wealth transfer strategies. She also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested trust and estate matters involving complex estate assets, fiduciary misconduct, accounting proceedings and guardianships.
Business succession planning is another key component of Christina’s practice, including guidance on ownership transitions and related governance matters. Her background also includes extensive litigation experience spanning trial, mediation, arbitration, appeal and negotiated resolution.
