Cullen and Dykman Expands Construction Litigation Department with Addition of Dharman Niles

New York, New York – Cullen and Dykman LLP, a leading full-service law firm, is proud to announce the addition of Dharman Niles as Of Counsel in the firm's Construction Litigation department.

Dharman focuses his practice on insurance coverage matters, coverage litigation and complex risk transfer issues, particularly in cases involving construction accidents and construction defects. His vast experience includes advising clients and resolving claims related to insurance coverage under first and third-party policies, priority and allocation of coverage between multiple policies, contractual and common-law indemnification, contributory and comparative negligence, and New York Labor Law violations.
