David Curatolo (Banking and Financial Services) leverages more than 15 years of experience advising banks and financial institutions on legal and regulatory matters. His practice includes regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and operational implementation. David earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from New York University. He is admitted to practice in New York.
Michael B. Weiss (Commercial Litigation) represents businesses, not-for-profits, real estate owners, municipalities, and individuals in complex commercial disputes, including employment and construction litigation, as well as matters involving business and general torts, insurance, and civil rights. Michael earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Binghamton University. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
