Program Description: Too often one or more witnesses have lied about a significant issue; they’ve given testimony under oath prior to trial that’s simply not true. Even more brazen, they come to court and swear again to the lies. This session will explore powerful techniques used to expose a liar in the court room with panelists discussing innovative investigative techniques which have produced proven results. Whether it’s manned/unmanned surveillance, social media mining, metadata, or analysis of accident video by an imaging sciences expert, you’ll leave with the tools necessary to shatter your adversary’s case. The discussion will also take a deep dive in how to maximize the effect of impeachment material through effective use of a trial technician.
