Brian J. Donnelly to Present for the 2022 CLM Workers Compensation and Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality Conference

Brian J. Donnelly, partner in the firm’s General, Tort and Insurance Litigation department, will present for the 2022 CLM Workers Compensation and Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality Conference that will be held in Chicago from Wednesday, May 18 to Friday, May 20. The session is titled, From “Shots Fired” to “Shooter Down”: Responding to Active Shootings in the Retail Environment, and will take place on May 19th at 9:45am. 

The session will discuss how to both prepare and respond to active shooter situations and how to recognize the risks and liabilities arising from these dangerous situations.
