Brian J. Donnelly to Present for the 2021 CLM Workers Compensation and Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality Conference

Brian J. Donnelly, partner in the firm’s General, Tort and Insurance Litigation department, will present for the 2021 CLM Workers Compensation and Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality Conference that will be held virtually from Wednesday, May 12 to Friday, May 14. The session is titled "Masking a Risk: Could Wearing a Face Covering Play a Role in Slip, Trip and Fall Claims?" and will happen on May 13th, 2020, at 12:20 PM. 

The session will discuss how facial coverings could obscure a part of the lower visual field, especially when walking as well as the potential for increased mask-related legal and insurance claims in the months ahead.
