Attorneys Brendan J. Mooney and Neil Yoskin Will Be Participating in a Webinar With Roux Associates Inc. on the Development and Deployment of Battery Energy Storage Technology

Brendan J. Mooney and Neil Yoskin, partners in the firm’s Environmental Department, will be participating in a webinar with Roux Associates Inc. on the development and deployment of battery energy storage technology on Wednesday, July 21st from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm EDT.

The webinar is titled "Winning The Battery Storage Race: Understanding Opportunities & Challenges" and will discuss battery energy storage systems (BESS) increasing role as more wind and solar resources are being integrated into the power grid.

Brendan's environmental practice includes representing clients in matters involving state and federal clean water and air laws, hazardous waste regulations, petroleum storage and discharge laws, environmental due diligence, permit compliance, spill response cost recovery, environmental insurance coverage, and facility permitting.

Neil's environmental practice includes all aspects of Environmental, Land Use, Natural Resource, and Redevelopment Law. He provides advice and representation to a wide range of clients including businesses, industry organizations, municipal governments, banks, financial services companies, and private property owners. He has litigated matters related to wetlands, waterfront development, public access, port facility sighting, endangered species, solid waste licensing, and groundwater pollution in state and federal courts. Neil also regularly represents clients before the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and local agencies throughout New Jersey.
