Suzanne Melnyk Tripp is an associate in the firm’s Not-for-Profit and Religious Organizations department. She represents clients in the formation of not-for-profit corporations as well as corporate governance matters, mergers, dissolutions, lease transactions, purchase and sale transactions, applications for real property tax exemptions, and water and sewer exemptions for newly acquired not-for-profit corporation real property. Suzanne is also an estate and trusts attorney who handles all aspects of will preparation, probate, estate administration, estate litigation, and estate tax matters.

Suzanne is certified by the Unified Court System to serve as a Guardian, Attorney for Alleged Incapacitated Persons and Supplemental Needs Trustee.
