Steven J. Robinson is a partner in Cullen and Dykman’s Financial Services Department. With four decades of experience, he represents banks of all sizes as well as non-bank lenders in complex commercial transactions, specializing in multifamily and commercial real estate loans ranging in size from $2 million to over $100 million in multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States. Mr. Robinson also provides representation in connection with asset-based, construction, SBA and syndicated loan transactions, as well as loan participations and loan portfolio sales.
In addition to his lending practice, Mr. Robinson counsels clients with regard to creditor’s rights matters, including loan workouts, loan modifications, commercial foreclosures, and related bankruptcy issues, as well as regulatory compliance considerations.
Mr. Robinson also represents buyers and sellers in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial real estate and business assets and negotiates commercial leases for landlords and tenants, providing practical, business-oriented guidance across the full lifecycle of commercial transactions.
