Kristen Davis is an associate in the Commercial Litigation department.  She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters for individual, corporate, and institutional clients.

Kristen joined Cullen and Dykman in 2024 after completing a clerkship for the Hon. Andrew T. Baxter. While attending law school, Kristen interned for the Hon. Mae A. D’Agostino, was the Co-Chair for the Albany Law Women’s Law Caucus, and was a member of the Domestic Violence Prosecution Hybrid Clinic.
