Konstantine G. Traganas is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services department. His practice focuses on Commercial Real Estate Financing, and he has extensive experience documenting and negotiating loan transactions and third-party agreements. He represents banks and financial institutions as originators and participants of commercial real estate loans and lines of credit, asset-based lenders in secured and unsecured loan transactions, and real estate owners in all types of loan transactions. Konstantine also represents mortgagees and mortgagors in mortgage foreclosures and loan workouts, including restructurings and deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and he regularly represents clients in commercial lease negotiations and real estate purchase and sale transactions.

Konstantine also has experience representing not-for-profit entities in public financing transactions and purchasers of membership interests in limited liability companies.
