Konstantine G. Traganas is a partner in Cullen and Dykman’s Banking and Financial Services department, where he focuses on commercial real estate finance and complex lending transactions.

He represents banks, financial institutions, and asset-based lenders in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of secured and unsecured credit facilities, including syndicated loans, portfolio financings, and multi-state real estate transactions. His work spans multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial property financings, as well as lines of credit and acquisition-related lending and structured credit transactions, including warehouse, note-on-note, and portfolio financing arrangements.

Mr. Traganas also advises real estate owners on acquisitions, financings, and leasing matters, providing integrated counsel across the lifecycle of commercial real estate investments.

In addition, he has a distinct practice representing not-for-profit and religious organizations in corporate governance, tax-exempt financing, and property transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

Mr. Traganas is known for his practical approach and his ability to navigate sophisticated transactions involving multiple stakeholders, layered financing structures, and cross-jurisdictional issues.
