Konstantine G. Traganas is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services department. His practice focuses on Commercial Real Estate Financing, and he has extensive experience structuring, negotiating and documenting loan transactions and third-party agreements. He represents banks and financial institutions as originators and participants of commercial real estate loans and lines of credit, asset-based lenders in secured and unsecured loan transactions, and real estate owners in loan transactions.  Konstantine also represents owners in connection with the acquisition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate.

Konstantine also regularly represents not-for-profit entities in all manners of corporate governance, public and private financing transactions, tax-exempt lease financing transactions, property acquisitions, dispositions and leasing.
