Howard Poon is an associate in the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights department, where he focuses his practice on all aspects of complex restructurings and related litigation.

Howard received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law where he served as the Associate Managing Editor in the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. While in law school, he interned for the Hon. David S. Jones at the Southern District of New York Bankruptcy Court, and served as a student attorney for the Consumer Justice for the Elderly Litigation Clinic.

Prior to joining the firm, Howard served as a term clerk for the Hon. Wendy A. Kinsella, Chief Judge for the Northern District of New York Bankruptcy Court.
