David E. Feintuch is an associate in the construction litigation practice group. He has experience drafting and litigating motions, conducting discovery and depositions, and appearing in court for conferences, hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, David served as an Associate at a civil litigation firm focused on real estate and construction proceedings.
