Danielle L. Blaustein is an associate in the firm’s General, Tort and Insurance Litigation department.

Prior to joining the firm, Danielle gained valuable experience as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department where she represented the City of New York and its employees in civil litigation matters.

While at Touro Law Center, Danielle was a Pro Bono Scholar and served as a Research Editor on the Touro Law Review.
