Daniel M. Bagatta is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services department, representing commercial and financial lending institutions in secured and unsecured financing transactions throughout the United States. Daniel’s services include drafting and negotiating loan documents, loan agreements, commitment letters, guarantees, and environmental indemnities. He has extensive experience handling transactions secured by commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, strip malls, multi-family apartment projects, and mixed-use properties. Daniel typically handles deals ranging from $20 million to $500 million in total value.

Daniel also provides guidance to the firm’s banking clients regarding compliance with federal and state lending regulations, and he handles all aspects of foreclosure actions and loan default workout agreements. Daniel’s experience also includes representing real estate purchasers and sellers, as well as landlords and tenants in all facets of commercial leasing.
