Andrew Curran is an associate in the firm's Banking & Financial Services practice group. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance, representing financial institutions and lenders in connection with financings for origination, acquisition, participation, construction, and disposition of commercial property across U.S. markets. Andrew provides pragmatic counsel on real estate financings secured by commercial, multifamily, retail, industrial, warehouse, and mixed-use property. He regularly represents lenders on loan restructurings, foreclosures, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and workouts.
Andrew also represents borrowers, sellers and purchasers in connection with their real estate investments and corporate needs by negotiating security agreements, purchase agreements, and various corporate formation agreements.
