Amy F. Hecht is a partner in Cullen and Dykman’s Banking and Financial Services department, where she represents banks and financial institutions in complex commercial lending and real estate finance transactions.

With more than three decades of experience, Ms. Hecht advises clients on a broad range of financing matters, including commercial real estate and asset-based lending, construction financing, bond transactions, and loans secured by diverse asset classes, including personal property. She regularly counsels lenders on structuring, documenting, and closing both routine and sophisticated financing transactions.

In addition to her lender-side work, Ms. Hecht represents real estate owners and developers in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions, providing practical insight across both sides of the deal. She also contributes to professional education through lectures and continuing legal education programs focused on real estate finance.
