Amy F. Hecht is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services department. She has been representing banks and other financial institutions in connection with commercial finance transactions since 1987. She has extensive experience in all aspects of routine and complex commercial lending transactions, including commercial real estate and asset-based loans. Amy has also provided counsel on construction transactions, bond transactions, and loans secured by personal property (including artwork) and other types of assets. She has significant experience representing commercial real estate owners and developers in connection with acquisition, sale, and financing transactions.
