Mr. Cullen advises on a broad variety of banking and financial matters as a member of the firm's Banking and Financial Services department.  

He represents banks, direct lenders and other financial institutions in the financing of all asset classes.  His experience includes multi-state transactions, syndicated finance, construction loans, tranche financing, lender participations, and the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program, as well as transactions involving regulatory agreements, joint ventures, preferred equity issuances, mezzanine financings, reverse 1031 exchanges, and interest rate hedging tools.

Mr. Cullen provides his clients with over twenty years of experience on complicated commercial real estate and lending matters.  He drafts and negotiates loan documentation for lending clients, including letters of intent, commitment letters, notes, mortgages, loan agreements, modification agreements (loan workouts), guaranties, and environmental indemnities. He provides advice to the firm's commercial lending clientele regarding compliance with federal and state lending, mortgage, foreclosure, and loan restructuring laws and regulations.

Mr. Cullen also engages in general practice, representing the firm's clients in matters such as real estate transactions, general corporate matters, and leasing.
