William Primps Co-Authored a Chapter in the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association’s Latest Book

William Primps, Of Counsel in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department, co-authored a chapter in the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association's (ABA) latest book titled, Countering the Financing of Terrorism: Law and Policy. Bill has drawn on his years of experience in representing Asian financial institutions and contributed as co-author of the book’s chapter entitled “Private Litigation Against Terrorism Financing.” 

Bill’s chapter outlines the many nuances and pitfalls created by courts’ interpretations of the provisions of the Anti-Terrorism Act of 1990; the Alien Tort Claims Act; the Torture Victims Prevention Act; and the terrorism exception to the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
