Their topic was titled, "Best Practices for Managing Labor Relations on Campus." In this presentation, they covered the current and emerging trends related to increasing unionization efforts among adjunct faculty, student-employees and other college and university employees, including how to best navigate the legal implications and pitfalls associated with such efforts.
