Cullen and Dykman’s Representation of Sysorex Government Services Inc. Featured in Law 360 and Bloomberg

Cullen and Dykman is legal counsel to Sysorex Government Services Inc. (“SGS”) in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and has been featured in Law 360 and Bloomberg regarding the company’s bankruptcy filing and intended sale of the company. The team consists of attorneys Ralph Preite, Michelle McMahon and Kyriaki Christodoulou. Partner Michelle McMahon was quoted in the Bloomberg article regarding the need to move forward quickly with the proposed marketing and sale of the business noting, among other challenges, the threat of cuts from DOGE. The case is filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
