Cullen and Dykman’s Environmental Practice Group Holds Client Seminar

On April 17, 2019, Brendan Mooney, Neil Yoskin and Herbert Bennett, members of Cullen and Dykman’s Environmental Practice Group, held a client seminar at the Uniondale Marriott to discuss the challenges and opportunities that environmental laws and regulations pose to the regulated community.  The panel discussed the scope of potential liability under environmental laws, issues to be addressed during the contract negotiation and due diligence phases of real property acquisition and divestment, and considerations for project permitting and brownfield redevelopment.
