Cullen and Dykman Strengthens Corporate Department with Devon Pope as a Partner
January 8, 2026New York, NY – Cullen and Dykman LLP, a growing full-service law firm with offices in key markets across the Eastern United States, is pleased to announce that Devon Pope has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate Department, based in the firm’s New York City office. Devon joins Cullen and Dykman from Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where he served as a senior associate in their Corporate department.
Devon has a broad range of experience representing public and private companies and investment management firms in connection with a variety of cross-border and domestic transactions, equity financings, and general corporate matters. His representative matters include mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and distressed transactions, among other strategic corporate transactions.
Devon previously practiced at Cullen and Dykman and brings immediate familiarity with the firm’s clients and approach to service.

Devon earned his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and his B.A. from the State University of New York at New Paltz. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
