Cullen and Dykman Announces Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship ProgramOctober 31, 2019
Cullen and Dykman is proud to announce its Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship Program as part of the firm’s ongoing initiative to attract and advance skilled attorneys from all backgrounds. Already recognized as a “Best Law Firms for Female Attorneys” by Law360, as well as a top ten “Ceiling Smasher,” Cullen and Dykman is committed to fostering programs that empower and prepare the next generation of diverse leaders at the firm.
The Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship Program will be awarded annually to one first year law student who demonstrates a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and/or community. In addition to a paid summer fellowship, the Fellow will have the opportunity to return the following year as part of the firm’s Summer Associate Program and will receive an award of up to $10,000. During the program, the Fellow will have the opportunity to experience the firm’s various practice areas while interacting with many different partners and associates.

Candidates for the summer of 2020 must be enrolled in good standing in a JD program at an ABA-accredited law school in the United States with an expected graduation date of Spring 2022. Candidates should send their resume, law school transcript, and legal writing sample along with a brief personal statement (500 words) describing the applicant’s interest in Cullen and Dykman, academic achievements, and demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and/or community to Adele Mauro, Human Resources Manager, firstname.lastname@example.org.
