Virginia A. Blabey

Virginia A. Blabey is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services department. She represents banks, non-bank lenders, and commercial equipment leasing companies in a broad range of financing transactions. This includes equipment leasing, commercial lending, and asset-based lending transactions. Virginia has particular experience in commercial finance transactions involving aircraft and solar equipment. A former associate in the Global Finance group of a large New York City firm with a focus on project and infrastructure finance, Virginia has many years of experience with complex financing transactions.
