Steven Siegel is of counsel in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department. He focuses his practice in the area of appellate representation. Prior to beginning his career in private practice, Steven served as a law clerk to Hon. Deborah T. Poritz, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Steven has briefed and argued numerous appeals before state and federal courts on matters involving important questions of corporate law, constitutional law, eminent domain, environmental law, land use law, local government law, and utility law.
