Jordan Milite is an associate in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Departments. He has experience in higher education, copyright and trademark, employment, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, energy, environmental regulation, and tax. Drawing on his combined corporate and litigation practice, he advises clients across a broad spectrum of needs, beginning with transactional support, compliance, and outside-counsel guidance, and extending through dispute resolution and litigation strategy.
Before joining the firm, Jordan gained valuable experience at a New York law firm, where he handled a range of corporate, employment, and litigation matters.
Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Fordham University and earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s School of Law. During law school, he served as an executive board member of the St. John’s Moot Court Honor Society and as a staff member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
