Jacqueline E. Ferszt

Jacqueline E. Ferszt is a partner in the firm’s Construction Litigation practice group.  Jacqueline’s practice covers construction and general tort litigation including premises liability, NY Labor Law, property damage and litigation matters of various commercial claims where she helps clients avoid surprises while minimizing trial exposure and project disruption. Jacqueline’s construction insurance defense practice provides representation for insurers and their policyholders, including general contractors, subcontractors, real estate owners, developers and design professionals.
