Grace Ann Keller is Of Counsel in Cullen and Dykman’s Banking and Financial Services department, where she represents banks and financial institutions in commercial real estate finance transactions.

Ms. Keller focuses her practice on loans secured by multifamily and commercial real estate assets and advises clients on a broad range of lending matters, including loan sales, restructurings, workouts, unsecured financing transactions, and lender participations and the purchase and sale of mortgage loans.

During her practice, she has also provided counsel to clients on matters relating to regulatory compliance, bank operations, contract review, and confidentiality agreements.

In addition to her finance practice, Ms. Keller has represented landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions and has experience handling collections matters, foreclosure litigation, and residential real estate matters.

Drawing on her experience across both transactional and enforcement matters, Ms. Keller provides practical, business-oriented guidance to financial institutions navigating commercial lending and real estate transactions.
