Gabriella Greenhoward is an associate in the Corporate department. She focuses her practice on advising private equity funds, independent sponsors and other strategic investors, as well as private companies on a broad range of transactions. Gabriella also works closely with the firm’s Energy group and has an additional depth of experience representing both public and private utilities on matters related to energy and utility regulation and transactions.
Gabriella joined the firm in 2023 upon graduating from Rutgers Law School. While in law school, Gabriella served as a student attorney for the Rutgers Law School Entrepreneurship Clinic where she gained hands-on transactional law experience representing non-profit and for-profit startups on a pro bono basis. Gabriella was a Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Fellow and also served as the President of the Black Law Students Association. During her final year in law school, Gabriella interned for the legal department at New Jersey American Water.
