Daniela Weinstein is an associate in Cullen and Dykman’s Financial Institutions and Lending and Real Estate departments. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate and commercial finance matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, real estate finance, access agreements, and secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Daniela represented developers, contractors, property owners, architects, and clients in the hospitality and fashion industries in commercial litigation and business disputes. Her litigation experience provides valuable perspective in advising clients on transactional matters and identifying potential risks before they become disputes.
