Alexander M. Avellan is an Associate in the firm’s General Liability, Tort, and Insurance Defense department. Alex focuses his practice on the defense of businesses in a variety of civil liability disputes, including but not limited to, premises liability, personal injury, and motor vehicle accidents.
Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Alex worked as a litigator for regional midsized firms representing businesses and public entities in a wide range of civil liability and contract disputes. In this capacity, Alex handled a high-volume case load from inception to resolution. Alex also has extensive experience counseling businesses in employment matters and litigation strategies.
