Alexander Tong is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Banking and Financial Services departments. He represents financial institutions and lenders in commercial and residential matters. His experience includes conducting extensive due diligence; drafting and negotiating contracts and loan documentation and terms for mortgage loans secured by multi-family and mixed-use properties, office buildings, warehouses, and shopping malls across U.S. markets; and, representing clients in leasing, zoning and regulatory matters. Alexander also represents buyers and sellers in real estate purchases and sales and the creation of organizational companies.

Alexander’s past experience includes serving as a judicial Intern for the Hon. Dorothy Eisenberg, United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York.
