Partners Brian Donnelly and Erin Frost to Present at New York State Bar Association 2026 Annual Meeting

Partners Brian Donnelly and Erin Frost will present at the New York State Bar Association's 2026 Annual Meeting during the Torts, Insurance and Compensation &Trial Lawyers Section program. Their presentation is titled, "Criminal Past, Present Peril: Weaponizing Convictions in Cross Examination" and discusses how to locate and implement criminal history, both locally and nationally to explore use at trial during cross examination to maximize loss of credibility with the details of criminal convictions. 

The New York State Bar Association 2026 Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at the New York Hilton Midtown. Brian and Erin’s presentation is scheduled from 3:25pm-4:15pm and will count for 1.0 MCLE Credit in Areas of Professional Practice.
