Partner Joseph Spina to Speak on SBA Emergency Update Panel Regarding New Policy Impacting Lawful Permanent Residents and Non-U.S. Citizens
February 4, 2026Partner Joseph Spina will be a co-panelist in an online seminar titled, "SBA Emergency Update" held by Search Fund Coalition. Joseph will be discussing the recent policy changes of the Small Business Administration (SBA), making US Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs or green card holders) and non-US citizens no longer eligible to hold ownership in an SBA financed deal.
