Matthew G. Roseman Recently Quoted in The Wall Street Journal

Matthew G. Roseman, Chair of the firms’ Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice, was recently quoted in The Wall Street Journal for an article titled "Montauk Mansion Owner Files Chapter 11 to Halt Foreclosure Auction." In the article, Matthew discusses the goal to maximize value to all creditors by efficiently marketing and selling the property.

Mathew represents debtors, secured creditors, landlords and acquirers of assets in bankruptcy proceedings throughout the United States. Over his years of practice, Matthew has advised debtors and creditors in corporate reorganizations involving both public corporations and privately held businesses.
