Elizabeth M. Aboulafia, a partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights department, will be participating in a panel discussion presented by the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations and Federal Bar Counsel with EDNY Bankruptcy Judges Robert E. Grossman and Louis A. Scarcella, American Bankruptcy Institute Editor-at-Large Bill Rochelle and bankruptcy practitioner Karen Sheehan, Esq. The program, titled "Significant Bankruptcy Decisions", will offer a discussion of recent bankruptcy case law developments. The hybrid program will take place on Wednesday, September 21st from 6:00PM to 8:00 PM ET at the Nassau County Bar Association and on Zoom.
