William G. Krejci is a partner in Cullen and Dykman’s Banking & Financial Services department, where he represents banks and corporate clients in commercial lending and real estate transactions.

Mr. Krejci advises financial institutions on all aspects of commercial loan documentation, including structuring, negotiation, and closing of secured lending transactions.
